1. Top Talent Palmer Available for High-Stakes London Clash with Arsenal

Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca stated on Friday that Cole Palmer is available for selection for the team's significant top-flight fixture against London opponents Arsenal.

The 23-year-old English midfielder had been sidelined due to a fractured toe sustained after an unfortunate occurrence.

“He is fit to begin and feature,” Maresca commented. “Everyone is happy.”

This season, Palmer has been limited to four outings in every contest, scoring twice.

2. Everton Get No Reason for Failed Idrissa Gueye Dismissal Appeal

The Merseyside club have failed in their protest against Idrissa Gueye's red card for an on-field altercation with teammate Michael Keane during the squad's 1-0 victory at Manchester United.

The 36-year-old Senegalese player was shown a red card only 13 minutes into the match after striking Keane during a disagreement over a poor pass.

Gueye promptly expressed regret, and the teammates appeared making up afterwards in a mock social media post.

However, the appeal against the dismissal was turned down, and Gueye must serve a three-game ban, making Everton depleted for their upcoming match against Newcastle.

“We lodged an appeal and it was unsuccessful,” coach the manager stated. “We haven’t been given any reason why it was turned down but we did appeal it.”

When asked about more issues from the event, Moyes continued: “It ended right away, it was done, that was it, we moved on quite quickly and it was all sorted within the dressing room.”

5. Morgan Gibbs-White in Contention for Nottingham Forest against Brighton

The club's boss Sean Dyche is hopeful that Morgan Gibbs-White will be available for the team's home match against Brighton on the weekend.

The English player missed Thursday's Europa League match against the Swedish side due to a back injury.

“Fortunately, it seems to be calming down,” Dyche said as he got ready to face the Brighton manager's team, who have taken seven points from their past three outings.

“It’s similar to a sore back, but a waking-up sort of injury, one where you just sleep funny or twist funny. So we’re not expecting, at this point anyway, that it’s very severe and it’s easing already. So we’re hopeful that it’ll be fine for the weekend.”

Murillo was feeling his hamstring muscle after the comfortable Europa League win, but Dyche said the player “is expected to be okay”.

Meanwhile, Ola Aina (thigh injury), the midfielder (thigh), the winger (hamstring), Chris Wood (knee), and the defender (hip) are likely to miss out.
