In a recent conversation on a major news network, Leader Zelenskyy highlighted that American leader Donald Trump needs to establish a “clear position” regarding the Russian government, encompassing economic measures and security guarantees for Ukraine.

He stated that this constitutes the missing piece to progress negotiations and urged the US President to take “strong personal steps” to “halt the Russian leader”.

Additionally, the president noted that British leader Keir Starmer could obtain greater insight from Trump during his official trip to the United Kingdom, which begins tonight.

There are indications that Trump could make comments later to London.

In a separate announcement, America’s top diplomat Rubio told the press in Israel that Trump would “probably” meet with the Ukrainian president again during the upcoming United Nations gathering in New York.

“He’s going to keep trying. If peace is possible, he wants to achieve it,” the Secretary commented.
